Shipping Duration: Our objective is to promptly dispatch your comfy socks within 1-3 business days from the confirmation date of your order. Once dispatched, the customary transit period typically ranges between 12 to 15 business days for the items to reach your designated delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event of a delay or if your package doesn’t reach you within 12-15  business days after shipment, please contact us promptly at hello@sockenland.ch.

Tracking Information: Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide you with tracking details via email so you can follow your socks' journey to your doorstep.

Address Accuracy: To prevent any delivery hiccups, kindly ensure the accuracy of your address details at checkout.

Change of Address: Regrettably, we cannot modify the delivery address once the order is processed. Please double-check your information during checkout.
